FRAIM is operated by Wellness at Work, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the FRAIM platform, FRAIM marketplace connectors, FRAIM MCP tools, and related services.

Information We Process

FRAIM processes information needed to provide AI workforce workflows, marketplace connector access, account setup, authentication, support, and service security. Depending on how you use FRAIM, this may include:

• Account information such as name, email address, organization, and authentication provider identifiers.
• Repository, workspace, issue, task, and workflow context that you provide or authorize through FRAIM tools.
• Usage telemetry needed to run workflows, maintain service reliability, diagnose failures, and improve product quality.
• Device, browser, and request metadata such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and service logs.
• Billing, subscription, and support information when you purchase or request help with FRAIM.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure FRAIM, authenticate users, run requested workflows, operate marketplace connectors, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

Marketplace Connectors

When you install FRAIM through a marketplace such as OpenAI or Codex, the connector uses the public FRAIM MCP service and the FRAIM authorization flow. Marketplace packages must not include static FRAIM API keys or long-lived bearer tokens. You control which workspace context you provide to FRAIM during a workflow.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate FRAIM, with marketplace providers as needed to enable an installation or review, with your organization when you use FRAIM under an organizational account, or when required by law.

Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law or an agreement with your organization. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect FRAIM data, but no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information where applicable. You may also revoke or rotate FRAIM credentials through the product or by contacting us.
