Terms of Service

Acceptance

These terms govern your access to and use of FRAIM, including the FRAIM platform, marketplace connectors, MCP tools, CLI, documentation, and related services operated by Wellness at Work, LLC. By using FRAIM, you agree to these terms. If you use FRAIM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service Description

FRAIM provides AI workforce infrastructure for phased work, reusable skills, rules, evidence, mentoring, and learning loops. Marketplace connectors such as OpenAI and Codex provide a way to discover, install, authenticate, and use FRAIM through supported host products.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. FRAIM may suspend or limit access when needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Acceptable Use

You may not use FRAIM to violate law, infringe rights, compromise security, overload or disrupt the service, reverse engineer the service except where law allows, upload malicious code, or use FRAIM outputs without appropriate human review where review is required.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content, repository context, prompts, files, and other materials you provide to FRAIM. You grant FRAIM the rights needed to process that content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to provide content to FRAIM.

FRAIM Materials

FRAIM and its software, workflows, skills, rules, templates, documentation, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Wellness at Work, LLC or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in FRAIM materials.

Subscriptions and Fees

Paid plans, trials, usage limits, and billing terms are described at signup, in an order form, or in the applicable marketplace flow. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate agreement.

Disclaimers

FRAIM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wellness at Work, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to FRAIM.

Changes and Termination

We may update these terms or modify FRAIM over time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk to the service, or fail to pay applicable fees. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
